Tyviso, the post-purchase monetisation and non-endemic retail media platform, has announced a partnership with Bright.Blue, a connected retail tech company powering AI-enabled smart vending. The partnership marks the first time Tyviso's post-purchase gifting model has reached vending machines, carrying the reward moment that shoppers know from online checkouts into everyday physical purchases.

When a customer buys from a participating Bright.Blue machine, a QR code appears on the screen as soon as the purchase is complete. The shopper scans it and chooses their reward from three Gift After Purchase options. For customers, the benefit is immediate and tangible. A quick purchase from a vending machine now comes with a free reward, such as a free case of wine or a beauty set, delivered simply at the point of sale. Shoppers gain more from a purchase they were already making, and they discover relevant brands and offers in a moment that feels natural and welcome.

“Vending is the fastest transaction in retail - tap, grab, gone. With Bright.Blue, we're turning that dead end into the start of something: one scan and a routine purchase becomes a genuine gift moment. We're taking the reward shoppers know from online checkouts and putting it directly into their hands," said Adrian Vella, CEO at Tyviso.

“Connected retail is about bringing the best of the online shopping experience into the physical world. Consumers have become used to personalised rewards and added value when they shop online, and our partnership with Tyviso allows us to bring that same experience to physical retail. By connecting the purchase with relevant, immediate rewards, we’re creating a more engaging customer experience while unlocking new opportunities for brands and our retail partners,” added Adam Smith, VP – Retail Media at Bright.Blue.

The partnership opens a new physical channel for the Commerce Journey™, and both companies plan to grow the programme across the UK. This expansion signals a wider shift, as post-purchase rewards move beyond the screen and into the places where people shop every day.
