As an established player in the delivery market, Parcel2Go recognised an opportunity to add more value for their customers through checkout incentives. To achieve this, they partnered with Tyviso to introduce a Gift With Purchase strategy at the basket stage.
Parcel2Go started its journey in brand partnerships to increase its profitability and enhance its customers' value. With this, the following goals were chosen:
Tyviso helped with the selection of suitable brand partners from a ready-made group of high-quality options, employing a data-driven approach.
A/B testing was conducted to optimise partner selection and placement, ensuring the strategy delivered maximum impact and measurable results. Parcel2Go is not a traditional e-commerce site, so extensive testing was performed to find the best design for their site. After three different split tests, a final design was chosen, tailored to optimise the user experience by adapting to the specific device being used, whether it’s a mobile, tablet, or desktop.
The Gift With Purchase solution was implemented via Tag Manager, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration.

The final split test was based on valuable data collected from earlier tests. Each test provided insights into user behaviour and helped refine the design for better performance. This data-driven approach led to the following results:
